Personuppgifterna som du lämnar till oss behandlas i våra register så att vi kan kontakta dig kring föreningens verksamhet och för att kunna fullfölja våra åtaganden.
Vi sparar uppgifterna så länge som du är medlem och därefter så länge vi är rapporteringsskyldiga. Vi kan komma att publicera och arkivera vissa personuppgifter i exempelvis deltagarlistor, resultatlistor och annan dokumentation från föreningens verksamhet, som längst till föreningens upplösning. Inaktuella uppgifter eller uppgifter som inte längre behövs för att vi ska kunna uppfylla våra åtaganden rensas bort.
Du har enligt dataskyddsförordningen rätt att efter skriftlig ansökan få besked om vilka personuppgifter vi behandlar och hur vi behandlar dessa. Du har också rätt att begära rättelse eller få de personuppgifter som vi behandlar om dig raderade.
